“Lovely products and great delivery service. But I ordered 4 metal bannister rail ends in brushed nickel but it looks like I got chrome. They are quite different to the existing ends I have on the lower part of the staircase. But I installed them late at night in no natural light and now in daylight that are clearly different :-(”

“Absolutely delighted with our new staircase! The quality is fantastic, but what really stood out was the customer service. They called ahead to make sure the delivery time suited us, which was a lovely touch. When I rang back for guidance about the metal rods rattling, they couldn’t have been more helpful. We needed a few wooden caps too, and nothing was ever too much trouble — I genuinely felt like they wanted to help at every step. great price too! Highly recommend!”
