“I initially attempted to order a number of items online in November 2018, however they were out of stock. I was subsequently contacted by Jo at Jacks Garden Store stating that she would email me should the items become available. In January 2019, Jo recontacted me with a number of options, resulting in us purchasing a garden set, parasol and cushions. Unfortunately the parasol base I required was no longer available however Jo very kindly emailed me a photograph of the type of base I would need to fit the table I had purchased. I was contacted within a matter of days by the delivery company and took delivery of my items within 6 days of placing the order. Jo was friendly and efficient and the overall customer service from this company has been second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“A well-designed website makes ordering easy. I ordered a log store and it arrived fairly quickly. As I live in the Scottish Highlands it has been handled by several couriers and was slightly damaged. But they had supplied three extra nails and I was able to reattach the parts that had separated. The end result is a good, weatherproof log store for a hundred quid. Even here the delivery was included.”

“Jo in the office always responded to my questions quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and if she couldn't answer them, the installation team also got back to me really quick. On the day the installation guys worked non-stop. My overall experience with this company was that the staff were polite, helpful and efficient. I would always recommend.”

“My order was time critical, so I emailed Jacks garden store on a Friday with my timescale. I received an instant response from a very helpfull Joanna who double checked some details with me, and confirmed she could get my order delivered to meet my needs. Following Monday item dispatched. Tuesday delivered, perfect condition Durango fire pit table of excellent quality. This is the first time I've used Jacks garden store, and as a not easily pleased self employed builder, used to being let down by companies, this was a five star professional experience. It will be my first port of call for anything garden from now on. Thanks again Jacks garden store and Jo.”

“Excellent service, product arrive as expected with no problems, I did have need to obtain a new bracket which I had lost, Jo was really helpful and a new bracket arrived the next day with no charge. I would not hesitate in recommending Jacks Garden Store and special thanks to Jo. The lifetime 7x5 Shed I purchased is a good product which I would also recommend.”

“Excellent customer service. The arch arrived when expected, and within a few days it was erected. All parts intact and excellent quality. Looks fabulous in my garden, I would highly recommend the company and certainly use them again.”

“First class service all round especially customer sevice.Quality product, build instructions easy to follow.All parts clearly labelled.I decided to put shingles on the roof which I would recommend for a professional finish. I strongly recommend the company and product.”
