“The product I was looking for was temporary out of stock , but customer service checked with their supplier & kept me fully informed when the item would be available together with a delivery date . This was all done by telephone calls to me by the very efficient & friendly Joanna @ Jacks garden store. The overall service & experience was first class & I would have no hesitation in recommending them & using their services again .”

“Artemisia arbour excellent, erected without issue and looks great. However, delivery was NOT on the day prearranged having waited in all day for it. Delivered next day following a phone call from an unhappy customer. The driver/delivery man was very good and was familiar with locality.”

Hi Richard. Thank you for your review. I'm very glad to hear you are happy with your arbour. I am sorry again for the problems with the delivery - as discussed at the time, unfortunately the driver ran out of time on the day due to unforeseen delays which can happen occasionally. I have raised the point, however, with our suppliers that our customers need to be notified if this happens so they are aware the delivery is not going to be made and I apologise again for this.
