“I’ve never owned my own luggage before, always just borrowed cases from my parents who have had the same cases for like 20 years which are a pain to lug around. Im in my 30s now so thought it was about time to get my own luggage and im so glad i chose IT! Sleek, sturdy, super light and the wheels absolutely glide even when the case is full!”

“Great cabin bag - looks good quality but time will tell. Great customer response to my emails when item was not accepted by the Evri delivery location ( no fault of it luggage but they refunded immediately and made up for it with the reorder).”

“I received the wrong size luggage and am still waiting for the correct one to arrive. The incorrect item has already been collected, and with an upcoming trip, I'm really hoping the right size is sent soon. So far, I haven’t received an update regarding the replacement.”

“Very very poor service. It has been over 10 days and I still haven’t received my order and customer service have not been very helpful at all trying to locate where my order has gone. No offer of a new order to be sent out. Expected more from the customer service of a large company like IT.”
