“We already had two of these cases from previous years, the redesign with the orange trim looks much better but the case still attach together really well, we use a bungee cord around the bottom as cases can split apart and fall as the attachment is top only. Many looks and comments from other travellers when pulling the trolley train”

“I Purchased a large luggage Case from the IT Site, and found it very easy to compleate my purchase,you had a choice of how quick you recievethe case from post, and it attived in the said time they gave me. POayment was easy and secure. So if you are after a new case, even if you not competent with computers, you will still find the process simple.”

“I was very pleased with the quality of the children’s bobble block case, looks sturdy. It hasn’t been used yet as it’s a present for grandson to go on holiday in the summer.I am going to order another one in blue for another grandchild but they are out of stock at the moment.”

“I bought a brand new suitcase from IT that arrived with damage and scuffs. I've now emailed three times this week (with attached photos) requesting a partial refund, as this suitcase is now out of stock, and have received no response. Although I love the suitcase, the customer service I've received has been atrocious! Not only is it extremely poor that a company would sell this at full price knowing it's damaged, but to then ignore customers is appalling.”

“I bought the cabin-sized Enduring wheelie in kangaroo, and the small matching holdall. Very nice quality and very smart. Was hoping for a bit more expansion in the suitcase but my one actual criticism is that the bags should have a 'sleeve' to go over the suitcase handle so they can be safely placed atop for wheeling. There is a shoulder strap, but that's not good for such a capacious bag and an owner with a bad back! But they appear very nicely made and good value for money. My Tripp suitcases did not wear well, despite the GH recommendations, so I'm hoping these do better. I travel a lot.”
