“Ordered black medium suitcase to receive wrong colour, contacted support team to resolve situation, which it did with me buying another case in black again, offered me 20% discount as other colour was cheaper, still had to pay double delivery for a mistake that was not mine and zero compensation, happy with suitcase tho”

“Bag turned out to be rather flimsy but the courier service was terrible. Expected to wait in at 2 hours sudden notice as It don't allow them to leave in a space place of with a neighbour. Don't bother if you can't just stand up and walk out of work whenever !”
