“Great suitcase I have invested in a cover to Protect from being damaged when travelling It’s a fab colour classy. Wheels are so manoeuvrable Although didn’t realise weighed over 4 kg ( just have to cut down on packing my shoes )”

“I am unable to give a review as the luggage has not yet been delivered. I received an email from Evri on Thursday 29th August saying they had received my luggage parcel. The next day they emailed to say there was a delay and they would let me know when it would be out for delivery. I have heard nothing since. I am most displeased and would be very grateful for anything you can do to rectify this situation, as I am due to travel soon.”

“I’m honestly so upset that this company uses such a poor delivery courier. Have been waiting over 2 weeks for my suitcases, I’m due to go away in 4 days and doubt I’ll have them by then so now stuck in a catch 22- if I cancel and ask for a refund it won’t be fulfilled in time and I still won’t have my suitcases. Very disappointed and frustrated.”

“The suitcase is ideal for my needs especially the front compartment where i can store my travel documents. My only concern was with the delivery. When the suitcase arrived, the box had been damaged and the suitcase was visible through the large hole in the cardboard box. Luckily the suitcase does not appear to be damaged. I suggest you employ a different delivery firm with a van rather than crammed in the back of a car where damage can occur to the packaging. It could have been a lot worse.”

“Well we ordered a larger suitcase that was needed but wow its BIG!!! But no complaints at all… its just 5cm short of fitting the kitchen sink in!! Perfect for all the holiday clothes to go in for the family.”
