“Have bought this as a Christmas present so luggage hasn't been used properly yet, quality appears to be good, well made, easy to pull along whether on two or 4 wheels. Plenty of room in cases and one side having a zipped compartment is great.”

“The website makes it easy to compare cases and decided which is most suited to our needs, and regular price promotions make them competitive. We have both cabin bags and medium cases and all are robust and well-designed, suiting our needs for both short and long haul flights and train and road journeys (particularly the cabin cases for the latter). They roll well and the clam-shell design and pockets make for easy organisation of contents. Delivery and communication have always been prompt.”

“It’s a Christmas present for my sister”

“I ordered 2 products, one of which was delivered and the luggage seems pretty decent quality. Happy enough with that. However, 7 days later and the other product, a luggage set that I purchased as a gift, has not been delivered. Customer service simply responded to say they'd 'chased' the courier, but no other solution such as dispatching a replacement offered, just "should the investigation come back inconclusive, we will be required to request return of the parcel and process a full refund accordingly". It was a Black Friday deal, so the chances of the product still being available once ITL have decided to assist is unlikely. Really disappointing. UPDATE: After I left my initial review, ITL came back to me advising that they had requested that the package be returned to sender, and sent out another by Express courier, it arrived a couple of days later. So, to their credit, they did make it right, but it did take a mediocre review to get there.”

“Ordered a large holdall and when it arrived the shoulder strap was missing. I contacted IT customer support and received a prompt reply initially. However, no further contact since to resolve the problem. I have emailed x2 with no acknowledgment. I have now been unable to use item for intended purpose. Very disappointed as the product itself is very nice.”

“The luggage itself was OK but the box it came in was horrendous! It was torn, brown tape put over ripped parts of the box, leading me to think that I am not the first person to have this luggage - DEFINITELY NOT IMPRESSED!! I checked the case over and it seems OK as it’s a Christmas present - the presentation was AWFUL!!”

“Super light set of three cases at a very reasonable price. I also bought a bag that attaches to the handle in a similar blue which is very spacious. Delivery was very quick. I am very happy.”
