“The luggage itself was OK but the box it came in was horrendous! It was torn, brown tape put over ripped parts of the box, leading me to think that I am not the first person to have this luggage - DEFINITELY NOT IMPRESSED!! I checked the case over and it seems OK as it’s a Christmas present - the presentation was AWFUL!!”

“Super light set of three cases at a very reasonable price. I also bought a bag that attaches to the handle in a similar blue which is very spacious. Delivery was very quick. I am very happy.”

“Still waiting for a refund from first case i ordered that was too big . Made contact to arrange refund , cost was £5 but still no refund 6 days after case collected. Reordered smaller case never arrived despite Evri telling me they had delivered but no photo evidence . Contacted IT to complain , they send me the most un customer friendly claim form i have ever come across. Found it very hard to complete . 48 hrs later a man who lives half a mile away knocked at my door with my missing bag . It had been delivered to him. He found it in his porch . So not great customer service from IT or Evri . I have to say”

“Really great kids luggage set for our son to take to school. Hard case but not rigid enough that it doesn’t flex with a little 6 year olds rough handling! Fast delivery from IT, and well packed, really happy with the service. Would use again for sure 👍”

“Have bought this for my son for Christmas as he has the smaller one already and needed a bigger one. Easy to order, managed to get a discount too!! Great size, quick delivery and easy to change delivery date. The only thing I didn’t realise was that this one didn’t have an inbuilt lock system.”
