“It was quick delivery and easy to order. However, 3 items where delivered separately and did not receive the 2nd delivery notice until after 3 days with notification that the items where delivered. Customer service were very helpful and in the end all items were delivered so it was good.”

“It was easy to purchase, with fast delivery, however the colour of the suitcase doesn't quite match that of the pictures on the website (it's a lighter colour in real life). Because I would have to pay for the return, it has put me off returning the product as I would come away worse off than before I purchased. I'm not sure if this is legal, given distance selling regulations / 14 day cooling-off period”

“The only reason for 4 stars is because I only got sent part of my order. It's the first time I use it direct. Whilst all has now been resolved, 6 days later I received my missing item. Which is fine as I don't need it until 3 more days time. The customer service was great and dealt with the issue for me along with a partial refund which I hadn't asked for. So yes it was a error, but dealt with very well”

“The online ordering process was quick and simple. The cases themselves appear to be good quality and I got them at a very good price. My only slight issue, is that the delivery time was 5-7 working days when I placed the order, which was perfect for me with regards to my shifts. However, the cases turned up the next day and I was given less than hours notice of the delivery. Whilst it is obviously amazing to get them the next day, it was also extremely difficult to get someone to my house in time to receive the delivery.”

“Not used it yet. Bought a British bag 123l Very robust. Not too keen on mesh outside as they cannot really be used to store items on long haul and its slightly on the veavy side. However, it's well made, lots of different inside compartments and a unique wet compartment that you can access from side at the bottom. Good for having that last minute dip before you leave anywhere. Yes I'd recommend it 👌”
