“The item arrived well-packaged and is lightweight. The fabric quality does not quite match the appearance in the pictures, and when the bags are filled, some creases become visible on the exterior. Perhaps a thicker fabric could prevent this. I cannot comment on its long-term durability as I have only used it once, and it performed satisfactorily on that occasion. The delivery was delayed, but the delivery fees were subsequently refunded.”

“Shame that the medium size of the legion case is larger than my previous one purchased and that the same colour was no longer available. I purchased this for my husband. I wanted to order the small for myself to match my medium case but colour not shown. I am happy with the quality so far we will see how it holds up to our very long haul flights and change over.”

“One of the padlock in the medium suitcase broken after my first trip. I am somewhat baffled and angry at the same time. I am holding on as I don't know if the "airline or it" is liable here. I will investigate and proceed accordingly.”

“The website makes it easy to compare cases and decided which is most suited to our needs, and regular price promotions make them competitive. We have both cabin bags and medium cases and all are robust and well-designed, suiting our needs for both short and long haul flights and train and road journeys (particularly the cabin cases for the latter). They roll well and the clam-shell design and pockets make for easy organisation of contents. Delivery and communication have always been prompt.”

“I ordered 2 products, one of which was delivered and the luggage seems pretty decent quality. Happy enough with that. However, 7 days later and the other product, a luggage set that I purchased as a gift, has not been delivered. Customer service simply responded to say they'd 'chased' the courier, but no other solution such as dispatching a replacement offered, just "should the investigation come back inconclusive, we will be required to request return of the parcel and process a full refund accordingly". It was a Black Friday deal, so the chances of the product still being available once ITL have decided to assist is unlikely. Really disappointing. UPDATE: After I left my initial review, ITL came back to me advising that they had requested that the package be returned to sender, and sent out another by Express courier, it arrived a couple of days later. So, to their credit, they did make it right, but it did take a mediocre review to get there.”

“I have a couple of suitcases from IT luggage, all of which have served me well over the years. Inexpensive, decent materials, useful style with separate sections. Highly recommend”

“For the most part very nice lightweight suitcases. However we had two of the same (duo-tone large, black), but the handle on one was mis-shapen and uncomfortable to hold in the palm of the hand. Overall, useful good products, but quality control (or packaging) is clearly an issue.”

“The luggage looks fine but it’s just arrived so not used it yet. I took a star off because delivery was delayed and communication with both IT Luggage and Yodel was difficult as both customer services are located overseas!”

“I love my underseat suitcase and used it this weekend. Perfect. However the small foldable bag I ordered at the same time was disappointing. It looked great on the advert but smaller and less impressive in real life. I’ve left it in its bag and haven’t returned it as it will probably cost more than it’s worth.”
