“I just like to say I’m very happy with my purchases, the only stumbling block was the logistics of been given the wrong size of one of my cases. Which is still in the process of being rectified hopefully soon.”

“Luggage is wonderful! However you have lost a star over the return of the first case, which was just too big. I have still not had a refund, even though you collected a week ago! Had my refund come through and I not had to chase asking where it is, you would have got 5 stars! Easy to return, not so easy to get the money back.”

“Well made and excellent value for money. Slightly bigger than some carry on cases so check with airline before travel, but I wanted it as weekend case ands it's idea. Will see if it stands up to the test of time.”

“Although we have not used them yet they seem sound, but we did have a problem with setting the TSA lock no.3 instruction not very clear. The problem with is not with IT, but your delivery service. I paid for next day delivery which was going to be a Saturday and we got an email to say delivery time between 13.15 -15.13, it did not arrive, we followed it on line and it said had five deliveries to go before getting to us. On Monday morning we got another email to say delivery would be between 10.29 - 12.29 and it did arrive 10.30. If they can send an email to say when it is coming why didn't they send one saying they would not be able to deliver on the day they first said. I paid for next day delivery!”

“Luggage arrived quickly amd with good updates of transit.Cabin case was in a IT box and spotless whereas the large case had dirty wheels .Neither of the cases had the plastic film to protect from scratches .They do look lovely though”

“I have yet to use this and will be checking it into the hold tomorrow although it’s cabin baggage so I will see how it holds up. I can definitely sit on it which will be a bonus as some of the budget airlines have you standing for ages waiting to board!”

“Beautiful quality matching luggage Shame the vanity case was out of stock, had to order that elsewhere. Surprised at the delivery cost though considerably the value of the order. Thankfully found a discount code online which helped with that. Super quick delivery though”

“The product itself is amazing can not fault it at all. I had extreme difficulties with the courier used - yodel. I waited in all day for delivery the first day and it didn't arrive. Their "customer service" team is extremely rude, therefore in future you may wish to consider alternative couriers.”
