“Update - after contact IT Luggage - they arrange for a replacement product to be sent on to me. Customer service was very quick to respond to my messages and rectify. Therefore updating my star from one to 4. Never arrived - took my payment and never replied to my customer contact asking where my delivery is, EVRI also have not got back to me - the tracking suggests they are awaiting for parcel delivery.”

“Bit of a problem with delivery as there was no house number on the parcel Yet I’m sure I put it on the order form I had to go around my housing estate looking for it”

“Have several IT pieces of luggage and this is to replace a broken . They have a reasonable life span and I think are value for money. Hope to get 10 trips with this one.”

“Seems roomy enough, but after packing I have realised that it can't be locked with a padlock. We will need to leave in a concierge room twice during our break, so this is not the ideal.”
