“TOO BIG AS HANDLIGHAGE ON MOST AIRLINES. Gorgeous cases. Shame they are too big for hand luggage on most airlines. Probably why they are in sale. Even hold-all is too big to go under seat on aircraft. Very disappointed”

“I ordered 3 suitcases but only received 2 I've tried severally to reach IT to know the status on the 3rd suitcase but haven't received any response from IT.”

“I had arranged with IT LUGGAGE for 2 suitcases to be returned to you. I have them packed and sitting waiting but I have had no one to collect them. I have contacted you numerous times and tried phoning but no answer.”

Hi Emma, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. However, I have had a look into this for you and can see that your collection date has been confirmed and you are simply awaiting the tracking information for this which, as advised, will be provided within 24-48hrs before the collection date. “I have not received my luggage item since ordering a week ago. I requested the suitcase to go to the depot as I knew I would not be in when it arrived. On the app it said I could collect on the 6th August, when I checked before I left home to collect it the date had changed to the next day. It did this several times so I requested an alternative address, it said it would be delivered on the 9th August it wasn’t. I am still waiting for the item. I am flying on the 15th August so need it before then. Any advice?”

“Came across It Luggage whilst searching for a new holdall and was impressed with the choice and quality of the products. The large kangaroo holdall fitted the bill perfectly and such a great price in the sale too. It is an attractive bag, well made and a good roomy size for a short break away. Excellent experience with this company, would definitely buy from them in the future.”

“Superb service. Had to return one off the suitcases was too small. But replaced with a larger size no problem. Love the design black with rose gold. Also the zip lock is a great addition feature. That you don’t get if you purchase from other retailers”

“deliviery, when made was great (some drivers find it difficult to find the address), however the schedule from yodel was for it to arrive the day before, and there was no contact or reason given for the delivery being made the day after they stated the late delivery, in this case, was no inconvenince to me”

“First of all your luggage is great luggage so we order received 2 new luggage from you ,what I was disappointed was my partner wheel was ready fall of her old luggage when I got in touch with it luggage you don’t carry spare parts wheels so we had no choice to bin the older luggage think it’s rather stupid you don’t carry parts besides all that we alway bought it luggage as good quality”

“Hi there, I will be honest I have never seen your luggage before until I visited TK Max and saw one. Anyway I didnt buy it and went home to look on the internet for your luggage and other comparisons. So, looked at a few different makes on Amazon and E-Bay and none compared to your quality and 10 year, yes 10 year guarantee. So looked directly on your account and found one I liked and the right price, also got 15% off so great. I ordered it and it arrived safe and sound. I love it, great quality, well made and I love the TSA locks. I'm due to go on holiday in October and now I have a great piece of luggage. If baggage handlers dont kill it on the first trip I will use it for a holiday in my much loved country next year, Italy. Oh and I will be back to buy more.”
