“Update. As of 15th August I am still waiting for this to be resolved. Return was initiated 31st July and could of walked it back quicker as cheapo courier was used and it arrived back on 14th. As yet no email when I should receive my replacement, as although their now sold out online I expect one to of been held back as they were available when the return and damaged was reported because you sent me a damaged return from another customer. Poor customer service. Bag arrived damaged and taking forever to get it exchanged. After every email it's taking around 48 hrs to get any response with no action to date. No one has bothered to call to get it sorted out expeditiously.”

“I visited my local TJ Hughes store in Newcastle Upon Tyne and they sold suitcases made by IT Luggage. Unfortunately they didn't have the XL size that we needed but we knew bu the ones they did have that the style of luggage was what we needed and the quality looked good. We ordered 2 extra large suitcases directly from your website at a very good price and they were delivered within days. They kept us informed of delivery by emailing me tracking numbers with the delivery company. Highly recommend company.”

“I love IT luggage. My last suitcase lasted 12 years. I treated myself to a new 3 piece set in navy blue vs wasn’t disappointed. My niece has claimed my old IT suitcase so it’s gone to a good home where she will get good use from it. The new suitcases are well built, sturdy come with built in TSA approved locks and plenty of storage. Just missing some matching packing cubes now.”
