“deliviery, when made was great (some drivers find it difficult to find the address), however the schedule from yodel was for it to arrive the day before, and there was no contact or reason given for the delivery being made the day after they stated the late delivery, in this case, was no inconvenince to me”

“First of all your luggage is great luggage so we order received 2 new luggage from you ,what I was disappointed was my partner wheel was ready fall of her old luggage when I got in touch with it luggage you don’t carry spare parts wheels so we had no choice to bin the older luggage think it’s rather stupid you don’t carry parts besides all that we alway bought it luggage as good quality”

“Hi there, I will be honest I have never seen your luggage before until I visited TK Max and saw one. Anyway I didnt buy it and went home to look on the internet for your luggage and other comparisons. So, looked at a few different makes on Amazon and E-Bay and none compared to your quality and 10 year, yes 10 year guarantee. So looked directly on your account and found one I liked and the right price, also got 15% off so great. I ordered it and it arrived safe and sound. I love it, great quality, well made and I love the TSA locks. I'm due to go on holiday in October and now I have a great piece of luggage. If baggage handlers dont kill it on the first trip I will use it for a holiday in my much loved country next year, Italy. Oh and I will be back to buy more.”

“I wanted a particular suitcase, but it was out of stock, so requested an email alert when it became available. The alert duly arrived some time later and I bought the suitcase; it was delivered quickly, and although the box had been seriously punctured in transit, the suitcase itself was tough enough to be pretty much undamaged by whatever had happened (if you look very, very closely there is a tiny little chip in the handle area that could have been caused by this or might just be a teeny tiny production fault). Good all round.”

“Unfortunately ordered a black case and got delivered a cream case. The whole process of sending it back then having to wait extra time before the correct case is delivered has been very frustrating as the company I feel should swap the case over when the incorrect one is collected. Not the best of experiences”

“Fab luggage I’ve got 3 lots of different sizes now fit so much and love the colour etc. Highly reccomned. Trouble was delivered was due on the day then cancelled and came the next day when I wanted to use it typical!”

“I ordered a underseat luggage case on the 31st I paid for shopping within 2-4 days. I have not had it delivered, not sure whether this is IT luggage’s issue or the delivery company but receiving emails about how my product is when I’ve not received it is abit frustrating”
