“If It luggage where as quick off the mark processing returns as they are orders, then they would get a better review. Ordered and delivered within days. Waiting for a return as item not suitable and they’ve fallen at the first hurdle….communication!! The only way you can contact customer service is through email, and even when you get a reply you are given return dates that aren’t honoured. Come on It luggage get your act together and collect the suitcase so I can be reimbursed!!”

Hi Shirley, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. I have had a look into this for you and can see that your first collection could not be scheduled in due to an unforeseen technical issue, please be aware that deliveries and collections are separate processes, arranged by separate teams, therefore, technical issues may affect one and not the other I'm afraid. “TOO BIG AS HANDLIGHAGE ON MOST AIRLINES. Gorgeous cases. Shame they are too big for hand luggage on most airlines. Probably why they are in sale. Even hold-all is too big to go under seat on aircraft. Very disappointed”

“I ordered 3 suitcases but only received 2 I've tried severally to reach IT to know the status on the 3rd suitcase but haven't received any response from IT.”

“I had arranged with IT LUGGAGE for 2 suitcases to be returned to you. I have them packed and sitting waiting but I have had no one to collect them. I have contacted you numerous times and tried phoning but no answer.”

However, I have had a look into this for you and can see that your collection date has been confirmed and you are simply awaiting the tracking information for this which, as advised, will be provided within 24-48hrs before the collection date. “I have not received my luggage item since ordering a week ago. I requested the suitcase to go to the depot as I knew I would not be in when it arrived. On the app it said I could collect on the 6th August, when I checked before I left home to collect it the date had changed to the next day. It did this several times so I requested an alternative address, it said it would be delivered on the 9th August it wasn’t. I am still waiting for the item. I am flying on the 15th August so need it before then. Any advice?”

“Came across It Luggage whilst searching for a new holdall and was impressed with the choice and quality of the products. The large kangaroo holdall fitted the bill perfectly and such a great price in the sale too. It is an attractive bag, well made and a good roomy size for a short break away. Excellent experience with this company, would definitely buy from them in the future.”
