“One of my zip came off so I have not been able to lock the suitcase. I am trying to see if It can please fix the zip as it not even 30 days since I purchased the suitcase.”

“My First Time Shopping with IT Luggage after a recommendation from a Friend and it was a complete hassle-free experience, Website was easy to navigate and interact with, online checkout process was smooth and really easy and delivery was super quick as well.
