“Lovely piece of luggage. Really comfy handles. Looks smart. Not used it yet so unable to comment on the capacity or how it travels. Would give 5 if it had a zip lock. Such a shame as looks perfect otherwise”

“This company sent the case quite quickly. No issues with the timing of the delivery. However, the delivery company delivered it a box that was damaged in several parts. This shows that the suitcase can take knocks.”

“Generally I'm happy with it luggage but the wheels have packed up and seemingly made the case redundant. Also find it disappointing that ther is not a different size between the cabin size and your medium. To me the medium seems large and there surely could be one smaller than this but bigger that cabin”

“The contents were exactly what was described. This can not be said for the outer box and the courier service used. The box was battered and broken, I am amazed the contents were not damaged or marked. As for the courier (Yodel) they took three attempts to deliver the parcel. Twice claiming they could not find the alternate address I had given them 2 days before delivery date! Then parcel was delivered to my original address and just dumped in the hallway to my building.”

“Fast delivery of a lovely case. Great charcoal colour and roomy extendeable interior. Very easy to move along with the 8 wheels. We have had five other IT cases and have been happy, other than one wheel on a much older case malfunctioning. hence our replacement purchase!”

“The suitcases themselves are fab. My only issue is the amount of scratches and marks on the cases when they arrived! I'm.not sure if this was down to transportation as the box was pretty bashed but ye disappointing to start off with scratches and marks i got all 3 in the sale for £130 and they are a beautiful cas!”

“The order arrived on time and the driver brought my items to the door. The cases were clean and in good condition with minimal packaging and what it did have was recycled. The wheels moved correctly but I’ve yet to test them outside of the house.”

“Email sent 14th May and had no acknowledgment see below. Hi, I ordered my luggage and paid for express luggage. Yodel received it on the 10th May it then sat at Lichfield depot from 10th -13th May with no movement. I finally received it yesterday 13th May and the condition of the box was awful please see attached photos, on opening the box it didn't even have any protective polythene on it. Fortunately the case was ok apart from a small stain on top of case. I have to accept this case as I am flying early hours tomorrow. Just thought would let you know the condition of the item/box delivered by Yodel.”

“IT luggage were fine , prompt and did everything as expected , the delivery service however was less than perfect , Yodel tried delivering to the wrong address, made out the delivery had been refuded at point of delivery and managed to damage the packaging badly, exposing the cases to wear and tear in the delivery process, my outer case was dirty and marked from the open box that had been thrown around the veheilce and epot for 2 days .”
