“Small case out of 3 delivered has an issue with the handle mechanism sent two emails so far just get the standard we have received response in over a week NOTHING DONE SO FAR SHOCKING SERVICE”

“I did order only one and when we realised that two were on the order we wrote to say this and you said you would pick up the other one when they arrived. I did let you know and so far I haven't heard from you. Would it be possible to pick up the spare luggage and reimburse us please. Thank you. Otherwise all is good. “Loved the luggage, good quality and feels sturdy. Dispatch was quick, the only thing was the courier company Yodel - missed my expected delivery date because driver “couldn’t find the address”, but instead of calling me, they left it for the day and carried on the next working day. I even paid for express shipping! And the box arrived damaged, good thing the luggage was not affected.”

“Quick delivery, but Yodel had not been informed of the recipient's phone number and failed to find the flat at the first attempt. Waited at the building entrance for the second delivery, so managed to intercept the driver before he abandoned delivery”

“Lovely looking case, bought for my daughter as the dog chewed her other. The only thing that I’m not too happy with is the lining on the inside of one side does not fit properly so you would not get full capacity, it doesn’t go right into the corners, very frustrating 🤷🏼‍♀️”

“We loved these but missing the locks. I have new cabin bag which is exactly same but that have side lock on. I thought these will have as well. So I was disappointed. I don’t want to return it because it is headache for me to take it to post office. So I m keeping these. Overall gud material and solid suitcases.”

“Have used IT luggage for several years because it is very light and I travel with quite a lot of gear. I think this is my 3rd case in 12 years, so each case has had nearly 50 flights each. The only problem I have had in the past is that the covering material is easily damaged, exposing the framework underneath. However, the framework is pretty solid - it just looks scruffy. the stays holding the sides up have broken but the case is okay once it is packed. I haven't used the most recent case and covering looks slightly more robust. For the past 3 years, I have used a stretch cover over the case which makes a huge difference in protecting material (and it stands out on the conveyor!). I hope you don't mind but my only suggestion to IT is to perhaps sell some waterproof covers for your cases. Many thanks”
