“Lovely suitcases although one was damaged on delivery. By wrapping the suitcase in protective wrapping this would never have happened. Had to email several times to get this sorted which was time consuming and frustrating. I phoned Head Office and left a message still no one bothered to contact me. I tried once more and spoke to the receptionist who was very apologetic and said that they were extremely busy. She was able to offer a discount so the issue was sorted. Please wrap the suitcase then this would alleviate this issue in the future.”

“Nice and light, but pic is a bit sneaky as "hides" the fact that NOT four wheel (had been looking at various options so didn't check properly, so "my fault" but a tad annoyed!).”

“Although lightweight each case is well made and feels very sturdy. Did make a slight mistake on order as thought these cases had 4-wheels and unfortunately they only have 2. Easy to pull along but with back problems, not so easy. Not the fault of IT Luggage - just a lesson to look more closely at the product description! Fantastic and quick service/delivery experience and would highly recommend buying direct.”

“The design of the bag is very good, and the weight is also decent. However, when it was delivered, scratches were found at the bottom. In addition, there are many threads next to the zipper of the box, but overall it is still as expected.”

“Bought 2 suitcases from your website which was really good experience. Received email updates & tracking information. I would have given 5 stars for the service provided but both boxes were damaged/had holes in them. Suspect courier mis-handled items causing damage to the packaging”

“Easy to use website, good level of information (I ordered from IT as they gave the capacity of suitcases and many sites don't). Delivery was quick and as communicated. Good range of cases although I would have liked a few brighter colours. I gave 4 stars for two reasons. Firstly the colour is not like the picture or the name magenta blush; it's a basic red. And secondly the packaging was all torn when it arrived, and although the suitcase wasn't damaged, I think that was by luck. Maybe something to feed back to the courier.”
