“I ordered the incorrect size and cancelled within the hour. I was impressed that they took the item from the van and cancelled the order for me. Not so impressed that they didn't do a refund and I had to chase it. But it's been done now.”

“Fab next day delivery which was fully trackable with Yodel. Sadly the new customer enticement to subscribe offering a discount failed to deliver. Product is sold through other retailers but buying direct from company gave option to pay for the fastest delivery. Very smooth transaction and would recommend.”

“The case looks good quality, solid and strong but it hasn't been through an airport baggage system yet so I can't really judge until that has happened. It's really lightweight which is exactly what I wanted and the wheels look strong and easily manoeuverable.”

“Arrived within a working day. No issues with dispatch, delivery or condition on arrival. Checked zips and lock, all seem ok. Doddle to change combination. Looks sturdy enough but reserving judgement on the product itself until we see how it performs on a trip to Australia and back.”

“The bag is absolutely beautiful looks expensive and it was part of a present for my Sister (she was really thrilled btw)..The reason for the four stars is because when I opened up the bag there was a strange fishy smell in it I cleaned and Frebrezed it and aired it out there wasn’t enough time to return the bag but luckily I managed to tone the smell down and it eventually smelt much better..we have a lot of IT luggage and this was the first time something like this had happened..we still love IT luggage.”

“I ordered a medium case, but unfortunately I think they include the wheels in the measurements , which makes the actual packing space Smaller , therefore I had to return, but lovely cases very lightweight .”

“Very Happy with Suitcases One thing is the Delivery Conditions ..State FREE UK Mainland delivery but watch if you live on the Mainland but it happens to be in north scotland its not included which is very disapointing . I manage to contact them and they resolved my delivery cost”

“Light weight, quick delivery & love the colour, however the material on the top front pocket is wrinkled (although not enough to affect use). The lock set button was already depressed & won’t release & so can’t change the lock combination number , I will have to use my own locked strap.”

“Just what I wanted and at a reasonanble price. Lost one star as it was advertised as accepting Armed Forces Discount, when I put the code in it wasn't accepted apparently just for the items I bought”

“The bags themselves are fantastic. Very happy with them and their quality. Big fan of the locks. Ultimately a star has been docked because I paid for Next Day delivery and their chosen courier didn’t make that happen, they came on the second working day. Thankfully I’d ordered in a bit of advance so this timescale still worked, but just a word of warning if you do require them next working day you might not get them.”
