“My last case was from IT and I had it for years with no issues! It was a soft case but my tendency to overpack led to it becoming a struggle with the wheels. This time so opted for the large hard case! Well worth the money and good quality for its price!”

“I ordered 3 suitcases from It luggage and was extremely thrilled with the speed and efficiency of my order and delivery The parcels arrived by courier in a clean well packed way On opening the boxes all suitcases were in a perfect condition They are Christmas presents so they haven't been used or the locks set to open and close the cases as yet but I'm sure they will all be fine I've bought IT suitcases over the years and have always been extremely happy with my purchases I've used them on many trips without problems I am very happy to recommend IT luggage to anyone Thank you IT luggage 😊”

“After purchasing a suitcase to take into hospital to have my baby it arrived damaged in 3 places. I reported the issue immediately as i needed a replacement ASAP due to circumstances. After waiting a few days i recieved a response asking for images, which i immediately sent over. That was 3 days ago and i havent heard anything. In all honesty i think your customer service is very poor and in circustnaces such as items delivered damaged replacements should be organised immediately. This process has added unnecessary stress at a vital point in my pregnancy and although i love the product this will stop me from using you again.”

“Only recieved 2 of 3 suitcases ordered beem trting to contact customer service, have sent ohotos of packaging and delivery notes - no response. I travel in a few days and am now having to pay out again for a suitcase ive already purchased”

“Sadly the suitcase was damaged easily and wasnt worth repairing,dont know how but there was a weakness on a wheel joint area.Disappointed in general. This suitcase was bought to replace the damaged one. The suitcase in itself was great it just wasnt sturdy enough. Hope that this one fares better! No point in complaining since whilst not having all the documents doesnt change the damage but does preclude the warranty. On that point there is a lesson to learn about the ingredients that constitue a valid claim., ie luggage tages, receipt and something else”

“I was looking for a light hard case in an unusual colour to recognise easily. I did a lot of research on weight and probably have become an expert on suitcases! I was thrilled when it arrived so much so ordered a second for husband. Medium size Ideal for 2 week cruise with weight limit of 23kg Only just packing so hopefully will hold up well during our travels.”
