“My case was lost and was told this 2 weeks after I ordered I asked for it to be sent out next day delivery which was told was not possible when I want and need the case”

Unfortunately, delivery issues are unforeseen, however, we always aim to resolve them as quickly as possible for our customers. I can see via the email chain that re-dispatch of the order, using next-day delivery, was requested on a Friday before a bank holiday weekend, therefore, a Saturday delivery simply could not be 100% confirmed. “Very disappointing service. My order did not arrive on time , the excuse was that the delivery van could not find the address when I have specifically gave the exact full postal address and told them I was traveling very soon. It came after I have traveled without any notification and left the luggage outside my home . Anyone could have taken it if it hadn’t been for my neighbor who saw it and called me o say she’s keeping it with her. A very disappointed and dissatisfied customer!!!”

“My husband bought me this case my first small suitcase as I can’t manage big ones anymore! It is a sturdy case brilliant design for packing and my husband said it was a good price! I think the reason for this is the colour of the case and the fact that the zip is a different colour because of this reason I am very disappointed!”

“I canceled my order due to the fact that the item couldn’t be left in a safe place which would of been our shed which most deliverys are left For us there but that was to much to ask so I asked for a refund And the company lost business”

“Dear It luggage, I don't know what is happening with your delivery, Evri company, but my parcel is still with them from 6th August. They couldn't deliver, now returning back to It luggage, on its way.Today is 22nd August. Really??? What time will it be solved then? You should consider another delivery company.
