“We bought a bobble bloc children’s suitcase set for our grandson to go on holiday, the quality was excellent and he absolutely loves it, we now have another set in a different colour Nolan’s again very pleased with our purchase.”

“Had this suitcase for less than 4 weeks and the zip fell off on my first trip ! Contacted customer service 4 times . Awful service , no reply from them . Utter disgrace of a company. Do not buy from this company, you will be wasting your money . Order number IT151252”

Hi Carla, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing regarding your zip pull. From looking into this matter, I can see that multiple emails have been received from yourself within the period of a couple of hours. Please kindly be aware that we work from oldest to newest throughout the inbox, so with each new email received this will take your email chain back up to the top of the inbox, therefore, increasing the waiting time for a response. We also usually advise of a 24-48hr response period, although this may vary during peak periods like we are currently working through. However, I can see that images of the relevant zip pull have now been received from yourself, zip pulls can be easily replaced. “Brought the medium and the vanity case first. Great suitcases. Love them so much went back and brought the cabin size. Will eventually buy a larger size for next years holiday.”

“Excellent quality suit case. Lightweight and smooth wheels. Only thing that wasn’t good is the cardboard boxes they arrived in were used. For the price you pay for each suitcase you would expect the boxes they arrive in to be new.”

“Gorgeous case, had to send back the extra large as it is too big but I have to add a fabulous case if you need a big one . Service was excellent cannot fault , answered all emails re returns and refunded quickly . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company . Well done”
