We were sent the wrong case and now having to sort out a return and replacement. Hassle we didn't expect to be having. Having to organise someone to be home for collection and delivery as well.

The service has been dreadful! Next day delivery is non-existant! It takes days if not doesn't arrive at all. We ordered 4 cases for our holiday, only three arrived after waiting several days. The fourth still shows as awaiting at the courier and they have not yet received it. IT Luggage unable to respond to emails to say where it is, still waiitng to find out! We then asked for a refund on that one, then ordered a new one on next day delivery! Two days on still waiting for confimation of the delivery! Absolutly dreadful service, avoid this company! Their after sales is non-existent, their logistics team haven't a clue and don't meet deadlines they state on the website so if you need a case for holiday.... give youself plenty of spare time between when you need it if you choose to use this company! I think my 14 year old would run a pick, pack and despatch service better!

I can see that it was agreed via the email chain to cancel the 4th suitcase from your first order as this seemed to be missing in transit. Ordered a case on Monday for next delivery.. went on holiday without it on Thursday with a rucksack as had no time to purchase another one. Next day delivery charge refunded which did not help me.

Very poor communication with regards to resolving my issue and time delay in still waiting for a resolution and response. Broken foot on delivery of item and so slow in responding to emails

Orderd on weekend got normal delivery on Tuesday love the colour and my son has already taken it on holiday the weekend after come back in one piece and hopefully will last me many trips like my previous it suitcases

Loved all the choices on the IT website. Prices were good and really pleased with the design, colour and quality of the suitcases. Hopefully the range stays for a while as I’d like to add to it.

Absolutely love IT cases always very sturdy and these new cases where the wheels come off are even better. I highly recommend them. I also love that they have a lock on the side too for extra safety

Poor quality Suitcase. Lock broke after first use. Cannot return as I have lost the receipt and Hang Tag that are required to claim under the so called 10 year warranty! I will never purchase from IT Luggage again.

As stated clearly within our warranty policy - Please ensure you keep the warranty hangtag and proof of purchase such as a till receipt, invoice, or an online order confirmation (Bank/credit card statements are not accepted as proof of purchase), as without which, claims will not be valid. This is a term of the warranty which cannot be waived I'm afraid. We have used our two suit cases for one trip to Italy and the fabric is coming away from both, this is very disappointing after one holiday what do you think ??
