The cases arrived too late for our holiday ! After paying extra for next day delivery ! Cases themselves are very good but disappointed with the delivery and not able to communicate only by email , even try Instagram and Facebook messenger to contact IT

I paid extra for fast delivery and one my cases was damaged. The customer service I received was one of the worst I have experienced. No phone number. Stock copy and paste responses to logged tickets. Being told that once my case was refunded they would deduct £5. No replacement sent. Had no choice but to order another and pay for fast delivery again Getting my refund and the battle to refund the delivery charges is not going to be easy

Please kindly be aware that we do work from oldest to newest throughout the inbox, so with each new email received this will move your email chain back to the top of the inbox, therefore, increasing the waiting time for a response. We also usually advise of a 24-48hr response period, however, this may vary during peak periods like we are currently working through. Following on from this, to confirm, the £5 return fee will not be deducted in this instance and the stock copy-and-paste responses were automated emails in response to your request for a return to be started. However, I am happy to see via the email chain that this matter is now coming to a resolution and your collection date has been confirmed. Got a suitcase with no wheels. Emailed 3 times to get them sent out. Finally made contact but still no wheels. Had to buy a new suitcase from elsewhere.

I never received the case. Evri said they delivered it, but they got my address wrong and I couldn’t find where they put the package. I checked my original order and it clearly says my school address but the address that Evri had was utterly wrong. The photo they posted was not even in my school, but potentially one of the many blocks of flats in the area. I have written to customer services at IT Luggage but am yet to hear back.

I received the luggage without the wheels emailed customer service and I’m still waiting to get the wheels

Received my case , boxed and well protected too .. great case , fast delivery too .. very happy traveller , as this has great pockets and extra space .. and looks great ..

Missing parts - wheels and travel bag are missing and also has a dent in it . Still awaiting a collection for item Can’t take a picture of missing items either Also I paid for next day delivery and it took a lot longer

The item is fine, but the delivery by EVRI to the delivery shop was awful. Evri delivered it but the last status from Evri said it had been delayed. Fortunately we went to the delivery shop and found the item, but if we'd believed Evri then we wouldn't have received the item.

I have the bewitching set and they are amazing. So light easy to use with the extra safety locks. I had to wait for the large case as they are so popular, so don't hang around people and don't miss out.

The suitcase is good. How sturdy it is, only time can tell. However, it did come with a minor scratch on the label. Whether it was shipped as such or happened during shipping, I am not sure.
