“I ordered 2 medium hard shell suitcases and they are brilliant. Very sturdy and am looking forward to using them on my holiday next month. I also ordered two case covers in Navy and they fit the cases perfectly. Ordered on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday. Such speedy delivery too.”

“Hi We were so delighted ordered the extra cabin bag after having the 3 part Gannet set. We are delighted with all the cases they are so easy to use and move around. They pack lick a dream and are absolutely perfect for our needs. They will be travelling to Canada with us very soon I am sure we will get compliments again as we did on our first trip with them. Best luggage buy ever.”

“Very very disappointed! Received luggage with faulty handle and now it feels like it’s my problem to return it! First I had to write basically a letter why I want to return it and other info! Waited at home whole day for the luggage to be collected, no one came. Apparently they don’t issue return labels so either I have to sit at home all day waiting for courier to him hopefully or post it myself with my own money for the faulty item I have received!”

Unfortunately, as the courier is a separate company to itLuggage we would advise that any feedback is best advised to them directly, however, I would like to sincerely apologise on their behalf. On our behalf, I can happily see via the email chain that a new collection date has now been arranged, with tracking information to follow regarding this. In regard to the information requested, unfortunately, we do require such information as the collection address, convenient date for this to occur, how many items you are returning etc, in order to proceed. “This has nothing to do with the luggage itself but the delivery. I never received the luggage! The order was confirmed and once delivery was underway, I chose the option to select a drop-off location. I had no further update about this order but I kept checking Evri to find that the order without having ever been received was being returned. It made me too nervous to even try reordering, which is a shame. I took a long time selecting this as the bag I wanted, but not will have to find something else as I don’t trust ordering from It especially if they use Evri.”

“The items are perfect, but the delivery was horrible. They left my £150 value pack in an unauthorised community area. I had to look for it. Two days later found it with my neighbour's :(”
