Easy to use website, good level of information (I ordered from IT as they gave the capacity of suitcases and many sites don't). Delivery was quick and as communicated. Good range of cases although I would have liked a few brighter colours. I gave 4 stars for two reasons. Firstly the colour is not like the picture or the name magenta blush; it's a basic red. And secondly the packaging was all torn when it arrived, and although the suitcase wasn't damaged, I think that was by luck. Maybe something to feed back to the courier.
