“I ordered a suitcase on a Friday for express delivery which is two working days. It is now Saturday of the following week and suitcase is not here. Customer service is terrible. I asked for a replacement on next day delivery and they didn’t even do that. No contact number to speak to anyone. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online. Best to find a shop who stock the cases.”

“Made the order 3:35pm which is after the cut off time for next day delivery I was surprised it arrived the next day. Excellent. However I did make an order on a Friday morning previously and paid for next day delivery - delivery on a Tuesday late afternoon but I had cancelled by then.”

“It’s so deceiving. The luggage looks nice big and spacious and when you open it there’s hardly any depth inside. All for nothing. Waste of money”

“WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. Hard-shell suitcases are of poor quality and not strong enough to cope with the demands of travel on planes - our luggage was damaged after one trip because they are not sturdy enough, contents were squashed and bottles leaked over our clothes, and outer casing damaged, after only one trip, this is not consistent with wear and tear, after only one trip - the product is not fit for purpose. Hand luggage may be ok, as this doesn't go into the hold. Also unable to speak to anyone to raise this issue, therefore we are lumbered with poor quality luggage that won't stand the test of time, making the 10 year warranty irrelevant, as it states airline is responsible for damage to luggage. REALLY DISSAPPOINTED.”

“Took 7 days to deliver a ‘next day’ delivery. Whilst this was the error of their appalling courier EVRI. The IT Luggage customer service was equally as poor as EVRI. No number to contact them on. Contact only by email. Response times shockingly poor. And really no empathy for the customer. You need to ditch EVRI. That may help Items delivered 6 days late. We had to get other luggage so now have the inconvenience of trying to get them returned. I’d have give zero rating if there was the option”

“I bought a cabin bag and I've travelled with it on trains and a coach to/from Gloucester and Wales and it was very easily manoeuvrable. Lovely looking case too. Would happily recommend IT.”

“Great case but the delivery was poor. I paid for next working day delivery. Placed the order around midday on Monday and received it on Wednesday? Very poor. Looking at the tracking it was still at the warehouse on Tuesday so the delivery company had no chance.”
