“Beautiful cases. We ordered the large case, a cabin case and a under seat. They are well made, and so light. The only problem was the delivery, on our second orde. The box had been open. There was 3 strips of sellotape not securing it. When my other half picked up the box the case fell out. And there was a hole that looked like someone had kicked it. Not happy with the delivery service at all.”

“Appauling customer service! No live chat or phone option, and despite having sent a visibly used and battered suitcase to fulfil my order, they refused to take any responsibility. This was two months ago and I am still chasing them to resolve this (no answer for weeks)!”

“Suitcase was great. Very easy to manoeuvre. Seem very durable. Survived a flight from England to Greece and back. Full of family clothes and toiletries.”

“Happy with the suitcase although unhappy with the postage at £5.99 instead of £2.99 as Aberdeen Scotland is out with the UK! However this was quickly rectified and the additional postage refunded so therefore very happy with your customer services”
