I ordered a suitcase on 25/06/24 & still not received it. I have contacted It luggage customer service via email approximately 12-15 times over the last few days as there is no contact number. There's no tracking information at all & I've Not had many replies & still nothing is sorted. I was told in 1 email i received that my item had been lost & I have given long enough for either a replacement order or a refund & so I have asked for a full refund as I am going to purchase a suitcase for my holiday from a different seller. Hopefully it won't take as long for my refund as it does for a reply from customer service. The customer service I have received is shocking, the worst I've ever received to be honest.

Unfortunately, delivery issues are unforeseen, however, we always aim to resolve these as quickly as possible for our customers. I have had a look into this for you and can see via the email chain that we have received multiple emails from yourself each within an hour period. Please be aware that we do work from oldest to newest throughout all emails, so with each new email received this will take your email chain back up to the top of the inbox, therefore, increasing the waiting time for a response. However, I can see that the team have been in communication with the warehouse in order to resolve this for you, with the option for a refund since being selected by yourself and processed. On first receiving the bag I was extremely impressed. However it lost a wheel on it's first use so I won't be able to use it again.

Lovely lightweight suitcase.....bought as impressed with the smaller case I bought a few months ago. Easy to move about and handle and all with a ten year guarantee!

I paid for express delivery which gave me over a week until my trip. It still didn’t arrive until after I’d left. I would not recommend ordering directly, there are more proficient delivery methods

Excellent quality and a brilliant price. Fast delivery. And the sizes are perfect for all types of travel. Since buying them, I've been on a cruise, taking the large and medium cases, and on an EasyJet flight, taking the large and underseat cabin bag. All fine, except on the return flight from Sicily, there was a question whether the under seat cabin bag was small enough. After explaining to the staff it had been accepted as fine at Gatwick Airport, they allowed me to take it on board!

The cases are fine but the attached documentation was in what I think is Spanish. Me, being English and the items being delivered to an English address, I would have expected the documentation to be in English, or at least with a multi-lingual documentation set. I have contacted the suppliers for and English version of the documentation, but have received nothing to date. This is unacceptable.

Unfortunately your carrier, Evri, managed to destroy one of the suitcases. I contacted Customer services to explain that we were on a tight schedule. Louise (who handled the case) proved to be up to the challenge and arranged for a replacement to be delivered the next day. She set a standard that should be the benchmark for ALL customer service representatives - but sadly isn't. Many thanks Louise and IT Luggage for giving her the authority to act.

Brilliant! I bought this case as I already have a huge IT case that's great for 2wks or longer and I'm only planning on going away for a week this time so needed something smaller. As great as my other case that I've had for over 10yrs and can't fault in the slightest

I first came across IT luggage when I had to buy a replacement case whilst on holiday in Switzerland. It was on offer on the Coop in Brienz an has been reliable and sturdy. That is why I bought another IT case to supplement that one. The 10 year guarantee is also a bonus.

I cannot rate the luggage, as I have not yet received it, despite ordering it more than a week ago. This issue is you’re using Evri as a courier, which are notoriously the worst in the UK. I have been at home every day this week desperate to get it, as I am travelling today- but constantly let down despite emails from Evri saying it’ll be delivered. I am thoroughly disappointed as I wanted it for a trip I’m taking today - and ordered it well in advance - and nothing. I’m considering cancelling this order, as I doubt I will ever get it delivered from Evri. This has been a very disappointing experience and I would strongly urge you to change couriers. Or can you help me get my order from Evri? Because I’ve tried and it’s impossible. Very very disappointed
