“Brilliant company, brilliant products. I've a few different items and they are all great. I bought my first case 6 years ago and it's still working perfect, wheels, zips handles etc. Delivery was also fast with good tracking etc. Highly recommend.”

“The Luggage is really very good. The only downside was the Delivery by Yodel. The item was not delivered on the day it was supposed and the courier had removed the suitcase along with another item from the van and returned them to their container. I suggest using another courier companany”

“Large case looks good, bought it to match a carry-on size bought previously. Haven't used it yet. Hope they both prove sturdy (airport and cruise handling).”

“Luggage set arrived nice and quickly. On opening the box we found damage to the large suitcase. Contacted IT to inform them and they responded quickly offering an exchange (although the one we'd purchased was out of stock). Once I told them I couldn't find a suitable replacement i was offered a full refund which I received within a couple of days. 5 star customer service but damaged case reduces my review to 3 stars.”

“I have purchased several times and the delivery company was UPS and it was an excellent company but the last time it was Evri which is a company that does not have a good reputation and has many comments on it as the shipment was delayed and the box arrived as if it had been opened before”

“My first order was damaged so I made contact online as there is no telephone number to contact this company. The customer service is appallingly bad. I sent screen shots and videos of the damaged suit case and initially got a reply saying they would arrange collection a few days later. I messaged back asking to change the pick up day and heard nothing. Arranged to work from home for pick up to be told it would be the following day! I e mailed again with my discontent and heard nothing! Sent further e mails asking for updates and my dissatisfaction and nothing. Received a text message from DPD with replacement delivery time when I told this company I would not be available to receive delivery, heard nothing back!!!! Then received a further text from DPD for collection of damaged case, nothing received from ITL. Sent a further email mail complaining about ITL lack of customer service and poor communication and still to this day I have had no reply. Good suitcase once replaced, very poor communication and customer service”

“Please avoid! I bought 3 hard shell cases. I used it once and collecting it from baggage at the airport the IT logo had snapped off/ leaving sharp metal. When complained to IT they would not accept liability. I thought there cases would be made more robust to withstand them going on a plane!!”
