“We have three IT cases - two huge and one just large. First use as a trio was the beginning of June on a two week cruise of Norway’s arctic region. We packed everything for all possible weathers and the cases swallowed the lot. So light when empty but robust when full. Really good purchases. Love them.”

“The large case arrived with a damaged zip. I have submitted a form to report this 4 days ago and I have not had a response. There are no telephone contact numbers which is very annoying. Please advise how I can ensure my money back.”

“Haven’t used the suitcase yet.The box it was delivered in was obviously a used box tattered and worn,for that reason I would never buy from you again and the inside of the suitcase was creased and untidy obviously it had been sent back and not inspected”
