“Arrived quickly. Ordering again as happy with the light weight and the new wheels. Well priced too. Our cardboard box was damaged. Slight pity because like to store the cases in the box. Maybe they could put the both in a box!”

“Lovely two tone plum suitcase, love it! Fabulous service, emailed me as soon as it was back in stock, dispatched immediately and delivered rapidly with regular updates as to where it was on the delivery route. Couldn’t be happier, price excellent too.”

“Purchased the medium size replicating suitcase, looks good and feels sturdy not used yet so keeping fingers crossed as the last five holidays have resulted in damaged cases( due to airline) hoping these stand up to the rough treatment they will probably get.”

“I recently purchased a replacement IT Replicating suitcase. The reason it was a replacement was last year I bought a matching set and after one trip to Greece last month one case had wheels on two corners smashed off by British Airways. The case was cracked and had to be thrown away. IT luggage dismissed a claim under their ‘warranty’, saying that as the damage ‘was caused by travelling’ they would not replace it under the warranty. Quite how a suitcase could be damaged when not travelling they did not say. So I bought another to keep a matching set. If I were buying a matching set today I would not purchase IT luggage”

Hi Roger, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that your luggage was damaged during travel. To kindly confirm, our 10-year warranty is in place to cover against defects in workmanship and material, but we are unable to take responsibility for any damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accident, abuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, acids or solvents or mishandling including handling by third parties. Following on from this, I confirm examples of manufacturing faults or material defects would include stitching coming apart, wheels or zips failing (no longer rolling or zipping correctly), handles not functioning etc. For damage caused whilst your property is in the hands of a 3rd party/airline, it is advised to raise a claim with said 3rd party/airline directly. I can only apologise that we could not be of any further assistance on this occasion, however, I do hope this helps to clarify.
