Unfortunately, damage caused by an airline/3rd party is not covered under our 10-year warranty I'm afraid, therefore, we would be unable to assist further in this aspect. “Ordered a pack of 3 x suitcases when they arrived there was no integrated locks very disappointing. Contacted customer care but they were not interested all you can do is return them at your own expense so make sure the cases you order have got everything you need. Had to now purchase locks when if we had paid £3 more for another set they had integrated locks. Hope the warranty is better Warning check the listings before you buy”

Not all of our cases come with TSA locks and the listing for this particular style of case on our website clearly shows in the pictures that this style does not have a TSA lock. I can happily see that the customer service team have been in contact with yourself to arrange the return of these. “My order arrived within 24 hours, great delivery service! Order number: IT314040 The packaging was damaged and the suitcase was also damaged. I sent photos a week ago, I was then offered a 30% discount or to return the suitcases. I agreed to take the discount. I was given a discount of £12 to my surprise as the 30% of £102 was not £12. When I enquired, I was told that the discount was only on the price of one suit case at £40. I am unhappy at this as I bought the suitcases as a matching set.”

“OK so you have asked me to review, its a shame you haven't read the multiple emails and messages I sent you, so here you go... I bought a set of your luggage, You arranged the delivery through Yodal, I tracked the delivery on the app, I said I was next, all of a sudden there is a loud bag outside, wasn't sure what the hell it was or even safe to go out and look, so I looked at my door cam and cctv camera, it shows the delivery driver with my delivery on his shoulder, he gets to about 15ft from my door, throws the parcel and it flys through the air, lands with a bang, he then walks up, kicks the delivery towards my door, walks off, stops, turns round and shouts something in a foreign language very aggressively and then walks off, box ripped open and contents damaged and soaking wet, a complete right off, IT you employed the delivery company and you have turned blind and deaf to this. Would not buy from you again.”
