“I paid for next day delivery on a Wednesday and the case was still not here for the day we went on holiday on the Monday so I had to buy another one. I tried to track it but it was not working. It was delivered to a neighbour, which i was also not informed of and I have only just received it now. Very disappointing. And bow i have a huge suitcase in the way awaiting return.”

“I love IT, I had cabin-size luggage before as a birthday gift. The only fault was that the handles gave out too soon without heavy usage. With this one, I noticed the handles have been fortified by metal.”

“I've had other IT Luggage products that have performed well, so hopefully this XL Duo-Tone suitcase will serve well for future trips! Ordering from IT Luggage was easy. Delivery was via Yodel who were mostly helpful when I missed my initial delivery, although I had to wait ages in an online chat queue to find out what was going on with my delivery.”

“Really pleased with the Lykke Cabin wheeled case. Just the right size for my trip, not too heavy and easy to manage on its 8 wheel system. Very well designed, particularly with the eco-friendly fabric. Excellent, prompt service from IT luggage.”

“Very poor. Ordered 25/7. IT advised shipped with evri 26/7. 28/7 Evri tracking website said they were expecting it. Chased IT 30/7 they replied 1/8 advising they would look into it. As at 3/8 no further contact, evri still not received it”

“The case is just perfect, but delivery by Evri was a problem. They appeared to have lost it. On contacting IT they sorted it in a flash. Brilliant service. Couldn’t ask for more”

“Case was strong and goood size. Loved the removable wheels. However on the return fllight (first use) one of the wheels was missing when the checked in luggage was picked up at the airport. Very disappointe”

“Only 1 out of 2 bags arrived. This may have nothing to do with IT Luggage as Evri is the courier. The current status of the shipment with Evri is that they're "expecting it". This status has not changed for over a week now. I don't think we'll ever see the 2nd bag.”
