“I have the solid cologne and I must say what a fantastic smell it lasts a good 3 hours on me.. the only thing I don’t like is the case it’s rubbish the lid does not stay shut so you can put in your bag or pocket”

“The shirt I ordered for my husband from Irish Inspiration had to be returned, the length of the shirt and the sleeves were far too long, it was a shame as the shirt style and material was good. There was not a problem returning the item for a refund.”

“The sweater was way too long for me. I needed 3x for width, but not length. I wish that I could have given you that information before it was knitted. I can’t wear it. I really like the colour and and wool. It was an expensive mistake for me.”

We were glad for the feedback and corrected the situation for this customer as she hadn't realised that these sweaters were made to order. A replacement was made for her to her given measurements and she was delighted with the result.

“Both of my sons love the brushed cotton collarless shirts, the sizes are generous, both my sons are tall so the length works well for them but my partner who is very slim even finds the small far too big. Anyway, delivery is prompt & my order without any problems. I would recommend Irish Inspirations & have done so already.”

“Good customer service - quick delivery - their Wool socks are heaven - really comfortable - love the different pattern ones too. Expensive but you get a real quality product compared with a lot of low grade clothing available. However...suggest you also offer option of socks with perhaps a mixture wool + other BUT...not too low % wool say 70 %? - perhaps you already do?”
