“Second visit to the store after receiving the first ordered pair in just over 6 days from ordering over the August Bank Holiday. An excellent fit straight away which is always an issue with varifocal lenses, but with this pair a perfect fit as mentioned. The staff's professionalism and freedom to choose with no hassle is a big plus for me. Along with the excellent price with includes everything. Have had very good comments and recommended a friend and went into the store for their first order last week with myself visiting for a second time for another pair of glasses with the addition of the clip on sunglasses. No doubt will be back again soon!”

“The service in store (Glasgow - Argyle Street) was excellent and they helped guide my selection without pressuring me. Once i had selected a frame the sizing and measuring was very precise, and the glasses fit perfectly. It was a very easy process and the delivery was quick.”

“Very pleased with my new glasses (Monro Turquoise) I have a strong prescription and wear varifocals. Had excellent fitting in shop. The thinned lenses are great. All at a brilliant price- thinking about my next pair!”

“I brought my prescription, chose my frames, a very professional young woman marked the frames for my varifocal lenses, I paid for them and received new glasses within 10 days - oh yes, and no hard sell! What’s not to like?!”

“Incredible experience from start to finish. The Glasgow staff were incredibly helpful and knew the products inside and out. Frame selection was a breeze (the lady who picked some out to try did SUCH a great job I took a good ten minutes to pick from four different pairs), the order process was smooth and quick, and delivery was fast. I received my prescription sunglasses and they’re legit the best thing I’ve ever invested in!”
