“The staff in the showroom were really helpful - it was quick and easy to try on lots of pairs of glasses, and then get measured for the ones I chose. I've actually already recommended IOLLA to my partner!”

“Popped into shop in St James centre, picked the frames I liked , assistant was very helpful and easy to chat to. Glasses arrived earlier than predicted and fit like a glove. Always a great experience”

“This is the fourth pair of glasses I've had from Iolla in Finnieston. Lovely staff, great service, very good selection of frames...and all at a fantastic price. Would recommend them wholeheartedly!”

“I already have a pair of reading glasses from your Stockbridge shop but I have to say the new shop in the refurbished St. James Centre is excellent. I was looking at Robertson & 2 others similar but was advised against these due to the thickness of my lenses for my prescription. I selected a blue pair which I thought were quite daring for me - I love them even though the lenses were quite expensive. I know a lot of friends like them as I see them looking but saying nothing- I “see” through this , envy! Excellent staff, attentive, professional, all in all, a great service - orange ones next!!”

“My first experience shopping with Iola after being recommended by a friend. I wasn’t disappointed. I love my new glasses and the customer service I experienced was exceptional. Staff went out there way to make sure o was really happy with my glasses and I’m looking forward to getting my next pair. Thank you again! ☺️”

“I came into your St James branch a few weeks ago with an idea with what I wanted. Robyn met me at the door and gave me several choices based on the idea of what type of glasses I wanted. Robyn was very helpful and informative. Credit to the company. Came away with a pair of Douglas Crystal-Fade and I’m very happy with them.”
