I found the website difficult to follow but the actual goods on top rate and a fair price . Delivery Excellent arriving within 2 days . I was rather put off by your return policy as I wanted to return the smaller pair. In order to look at one I had to open cellophane bag so how could I now return them ? They were unused but the bag was opened at one end ? Also when I tried to put an order through for another 3xxxl size I was told I needed to order 5 - very disappointing

Great customer service. I ordered 5 x cotton white cellular blankets. Only 3 were usable as one was damaged with a 4" tear and another had faint yellowish stains even after washing twice. However, the customer services team were excellent and keen to rectify the matter immediately. They sent out replacements straight away. Despite being a large supplier to the NHS, they dealt with my issue with equal importance.

Interweave Textiles were a pleasure to do business with! Their waterproof pillows are great. A tip for everyone: Have you heard about "The Cold Side of the Pillow"? If you awaken during the night, simply turn over your pillow and feel the cold side against the back of your neck, which should relax you and make it easier for you to go back to sleep! Perhaps a good Sales Slogan?!

Although the website states next day delivery, my order was not processed by Interweave for 24 hours, hence it took two days to arrive. The nightgowns are as I expected, hospital gowns.

Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 2pm, so that the goods can be picked, packaged and ready for the courier pickup. The quality is reasonable for the price and offers many uses such as a blanket, sheet or bedspread. The versatility is provided by being 100% cotton. Good for laundering and hygiene. The service provided was very reliable.

My stays in hospital aquainted me with hospital blankets. Bought a polyester one in as close to Manchester City blue as possible and a white cotten one to compliment. Went camping, Loch Ness over Christmas, too warm - brilliant, thank you.

These sock where prefect for my dad who has really swollen and extra large feet. very good quality socks with good grips on the bottom and top.

The socks are good quality and the price is ok but how the hell do you justify over £15 for postage. The socks are for my elderly father so you can understand why l am so upset. Also l order many things online for my family and the postage even next day has never been more the £10

The delivery price will have been clearly displayed on the online checkout page during the purchase process. We are very open with the carriage costs as we don’t want to disappoint anyone. We do understand that Royal Mail deliver small parcels to the Isle of Wight for the same price as deliveries to mainland UK, however we don’t use Royal Mail, we use couriers to ensure that the parcels are tracked and signed for on receipt – this service does cost a little extra.
