Tunics are excellent quality but the sizing isn’t right

Disappointed, short on the ankle and the socks are not as thick as previous ones I have had, bought from another site. Starting to wear and holes appearing! I do not tumble dry them.

Sent me a totally wrong order! However quick to rectify error, although I haven't received the right order yet. I have been told that it is on the way. They blamed it on a "technical error" error on their end.

Although these socks sort of help her from slipping, I ordered 5-8 but don't think they are long enough they just come a little pass her ankle,she is a size 6 so thought they would be a bit longer

I gave instructions to leave in porch for someone immobile… hence the fall socks Shame all we got was a Royal Mail card saying you weren’t in we will call again. More than disappointed

I’ve done two orders of blue cobalt scrubs. I have been very happy with the scrubs, however on my second order the scrub tops I received have a really large V neck, this was not the case with the previous pair of scrubs were just perfectly fit. Overall I do recommend the scrubs.

I find that the product is perfect. The pillows are identical to those I had whilst in Hospital. But Really. The amount you charge to deliver them and in a plastic bag such ultra light pillows just 2!!! The parcel could have blown away there's no way the delivery price should have been SO HIGH!! 😠😤💰💰💸💸

Most of my order was three pillows. I was after thick overstuffed pillows you get in hospitals, so thick you can prop up an arm or a leg. One of the pillows was ok-ish. The other two pillows were SO flat (maybe 1cm depth) I had to put both together in one pillowcase and still not as plump as I was wanting. The claim is they’re used in NHS. I’ve never seen thin pillows in any NHS hospital I’ve been in! I’m very happy with the pillowcases I bought though.

Compared with hospital socks they were heavy, tight, toe access holes too near so toes poking out constantly and I'm sending unworn pair back!

socks are wonderful - but do they have to be grey?

This helps the medical professionals quickly choose the correct size for the patient. Therefore unfortunately we cannot change the colour of these. Item did eventually arrive (Christmas delivery problems apparently). And recent customer service excellent. However it would have been reassuring to understand at the time that the lack of response by phone and email was due to full closure between Christmas and Jan 4th.

Compression socks have hole for checking feet not mentioned in descripption.not tight enough.took ages to come.

Pleased with the socks but disappointed with your extortionate charge for postage. The GPO make same charge for postage anywhere in the UK. Will not be buying from you again. T.Tissington

The blanket are of good quality and the colours are very nice. Price wise not really happy that you have to buy two you can’t buy in singles. Also the delivery cost is the same price as one blanket. My email confirmation said dispatch time 4-5 weeks but then I received the blankets 3 days after placing my order. Not complaining about that but it’s misleading and it was lucky I was in to receive the delivery. All in all would buy more blankets but I would try to find them elsewhere for either cheaper or where I can buy them in singles.
