The bootees were of different sizes and fit and the sheepskin was quite rough on the sore heels. The outer material is rough against other skin when lying in bed. The idea as brilliant but not the product.

Boots far too big, not practical & just fall off, disappointing plus the delivery cost of £4.95 high considering we had to wait ages to receive (and had to chase!).

Nothing like the photo on the website. I think the ones that were sent were overpriced for what they are.

Poor quality material and loose threads. Not ideal for use in surgery. I’m 5’6” and they were more than a foot too long and draw string didn’t cinch in at the waist. Return was simple enough but I had to pay return shipping which I was aware of upfront.

The sheeting fabric is lovely and soft but the sizing is way off. I wanted these semi-fitted top sheets for a bed chair that has no mattress to tuck sheets under. I ordered single size but they are way oversized and wouldn't stay in place. If they had fitted it would have been a 5* but they don't and had no response from customer service when I emailed them.

Three pairs unwearable due to being smaller than the other 2 pairs!!??

Really disappointed with the long single sheets that I ordered, very thin cotton, could see through to the bed. Not like hospital sheets at all. Would have returned but was delivered to my mum to use for when my dad came out of hospital. Would not recommend.

This is a cotton rich sheet (70% cotton & 30% polyester) that we do supply to the NHS so would be the same as what is in the majority of hospitals. Pillows not what I expected they flatten as soon as you lay on them and are noisy

I received my scrubs but unfortunately they were too big so I sent them back same day via tracking, I also phoned you to explain the urgency at this time as I’m a practice nurse still seeing pts. you assured me they would be sent out as soon as you received them on. You received them midday on Thursday 2/4 when I phoned you on Friday you said they wouldn’t be posted out until Monday ???

We are managing to keep our logistics team working whilst social distancing so that we can process orders and keep goods moving to get into the hospitals and to key healthcare workers like yourself. Unfortunately the social distancing restrictions does mean that things are taking a little longer than normal. We understand from the team that in this case, the order had missed the carrier pickup on Friday, hence the unfortunate delay until Monday. Please accept our apologies for this delay. The socks are good quality and the price is ok but how the hell do you justify over £15 for postage. The socks are for my elderly father so you can understand why l am so upset. Also l order many things online for my family and the postage even next day has never been more the £10

The delivery price will have been clearly displayed on the online checkout page during the purchase process. We are very open with the carriage costs as we don’t want to disappoint anyone. We do understand that Royal Mail deliver small parcels to the Isle of Wight for the same price as deliveries to mainland UK, however we don’t use Royal Mail, we use couriers to ensure that the parcels are tracked and signed for on receipt – this service does cost a little extra.
