“The flowers were fine but I expected the champagne to be in a presentation box with more ribbons and decoration not just wrapped in paper with a little string.The recipients were happy but I expected more from Interflora and for the money I paid.”

“Couldn't order the same arrangement to be delivered to Belfast and Poole Dorset. Couldn't make multiple order, had to do two separate orders. Was very impressed with communication on the day of delivery- even received a photo .”
