“Flowers arrived ok but outside the delivery window (up to 11am) that I had expressed as desirable...arrival was around 5pm ...other than that contents were well packed and as described on the website, so no complaints there”

“Hi my partner loves& collects orchids,and knows a lot about them,and although the delivery was great with the balloon an chocolates she told me that the orchid that was delivered to her the leaves some were gone black and soft and the flowers were already dying when they were sent”

“As usual the arrangement I ordered from the picture on website bore very little remembrance to what was actually delivered. This is not the first time it has happened to me, but I keep thinking that interflora will get it right some day.”

“Had to ring twice to order flowers, the first person i spoke to wasn't very knowledgeable. Rang back and got speaking to a lovely girl who was very helpful.”

“Delivery v fast and in good time but if im honest, i would think twice before ordering again. What came wasnt as nice as what i thought was being delivered and the flowers (2roses in a xmas display) are dying off quickly. Just a bit disappointed”
