“I was sending a friend flowers to mark the anniversary of her husband's death. The date was very important but I discovered the day after the anniversary the flowers hadn't arrived. I checked email (not something I do every day) and discovered I'd been contacted 3 days previously about one stem that wasn't available. So what! The date was the important thing. I rang the UK to get it sorted the following morning and the flowers got delivered. But then I discovered another email saying the flowers wouldn't be delivered till they had a number for the recipient. I cannot credit in this digital age how something could have been so badly managed. I was very disappointed in the service and am on the lookout for a new provider.”

“I booked same day service! When it couldn’t be delivered, I asked for ASAP! It took 2 days!! Now I will tell you that the family are very happy with them but I am disappointed!!”

“So easy to order flowers and a wonderful range for all occasions. The recipient was “over the moon” by the quality of the bouquet. Prompt delivery as advertised as well as easy to track. Great to be told when the flowers were delivered.”
