“Flowers arrived ok but outside the delivery window (up to 11am) that I had expressed as desirable...arrival was around 5pm ...other than that contents were well packed and as described on the website, so no complaints there”

“i was getting the flowers delivered to my girlfriend's job but she called in sick so i ask could the flowers be brought back to shop which is 1min from my girlfriend's job so i could collect them they wouldnt even accommodate me which i thought was terrible. you dont get to speak to anyone from the shop its some call centre your better of sticking with the small family run businesses”

“The flowers were not delivered on the specified date, despite me receiving an email to say that they had been .. very embarrassing for me . Flowers were delivered the following day..only because i contacted customer service Poor service to say the least. Regards David Cregan”

“I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my partner and they were delivered at 8.30am (during Storm Denis) before we went to work by a lovely delivery man. The flowers were gorgeous - we always order from Interflora and our local florist is Flemings in Naas who always provide beautiful flowers with a prompt and efficient service. We use them 2-3 times a year at least.”
