Regarding order IN299438797: the card requested was Get Well Soon. However the card received was for a new baby albeit written with the correct get well greeting. A balloon with new baby congratulations was also sent. The recipient was a woman in her early eighties. While this was somewhat amusing, it could have been quite distressing if sent someone who had recently lost a child. Please inform the florist of this unfortunate accident.
