“Hi, Bit disappointed with the service. Ordered flowers for delivery for Saturday 21st March. They didn’t arrive. I should have been contacted. The girl on the phone was not much help at all. She stated that the recipient was phoned but didn’t answer well it’s not like she knew the delivery was coming so why would she answer a number she didn’t know, Again I should have been contacted at that point. I asked could I redirect the flowers to my address she said no. I asked could I collect the flowers from somewhere she said no. I asked could I have the florists number to give further instructions where the house was she said no. Then said to ring tomorrow (Monday) if they still didn’t arrive. Sure that’s absolutely pointless. If they weren’t going to be delivered in time for whatever reason I should have been notified so I could have organized something else in the mean time. I’m really annoyed about this. Can someone contact me to let me know when the flowers will actually arrive.”
