“Hi, I recently used your services to send a bouquet to a dear friend in Australia. There were issues with the delivery due to public holidays in Australia and the present was delivered later than scheduled. Your polite and considerate email informing me of the unavoidable delay was very much appreciated. It is rare to receive ownership of an error from a large company nevermind such a nice apology. So thank you for such good service.”

“The service and delivery were very efficient. The recipient sent me a message to say thanks for the beautiful flowers I don't know if this is possible but would it be a good idea for the florist to upload a photo of the bouquet ready for delivery I didn't like to ask my friend to send a photo of the delivery”
