“Fantastic service! I needed a same day delivery and was kept informed every step of the way, which is very reassuring. The recipient said the flowers were beautiful and well presented. All in all a gold star experience and worth paying for.”

“The florist didn't have the accompanying bear in stock, which I accept can happen. An alternative solution was arranged to avoid delaying the order, this was to provide additional flowers to the same value (which I'm not sure happened looking at the photo). However, a few hours later, another email was sent asking whether to continue without the bear (no additional flowers) or whether I had other instructions. At this point I became concerned that the flowers hadn't yet been sent and instructed them to go with the original option from earlier in the day. It didn't seem to me like the team had communicated with each other and I was left wondering whether the flowers would be delivered on the day requested. That being said, they did and the recipient was happy with them, however, I am disappointed that it wasn't as simple as it should have been and that the bear wasn't available.”

“I was disappointed to have paid for next day delivery which was not actioned. I received a message to say due to no drivers it would be delivered the day after. I did not receive a refund for the premium delivery I paid for, of any offer if this. Flowers themselves were fine.”
