“Didn't deliver on time. Plant arrived 2 days later than booked and not in time to take to the person it was intended for. Non communication from Interflora. Box arrived ripped and gift card all scrunched up and could not use. Won't be using again.”

“Ordered flowers for my daughter starting her maternity leave a couple of weeks before first baby due. Ordering was straightforward, following email communications were great & flowers were delivered exactly as requested. Overall extremely impressed with the service I received. Would definitely recommend.”

“The flowers are beautiful but the delivery vase was left at the front gate and could have been lifted by anyone. My daughter works from home so was at home all day. It was a pity because the flowers I would have given a 5. Would certainly use interflora again. Delivery on the day asked for.”

“I have used Interflora in the past but it was the first time I have used a gift over to Spain, unfortunately this time I wasn't as pleased as I usually am with the service - the bouquet was poor, no colors and looked very cheap compare to their usually composition. The handwritten card was a nice touch though.”

“I was really disappointed with the service. I ordered flowers from Interflora as they have a good brand and good reviews. I also needed the flowers to be delivered same day. I completed my order and waiting for the alert to say they had been delivered, and I receieved a voicemail advising that they would not be delivered until the following day due to not having a driver available. This is not good enough or value for money, I was told that I would be re-imbursed £2.50! I found that amount to be insulting. I then sent an email voicing my feedback and concerns - I dod not even recieve a response from that. I work in customer service and I find your customer service shocking tje least I could have recieved would have been acknowledgement and an apology. I will seriously re consider using this company again in future as I feel I was really let down.”

“Unfortunately the flowers did not get delivered to my friend in Portugal on the 7th January and still waiting to hear back from you now 11th January. Has put me off using again.”
