“I am sorry to only give you 3 stars but the reason being the flowers were not delivered until about 4 . These flowers were meant to cheer up the day of a very poorly young lady , not her evening ! Regards Jane Harrison”

“I ordered a dozen red roses in a vase, and they were absolutely beautiful. Delivery was on time and the person who delivered it was very friendly. All-round the service was great; flower selection was easy to navigate, ordering was simple, the flowers were beautiful and delivery flawless. Great value for money.”

“Delivery was meant to be saturday 17/1 however not delievered until 19/1 and then left at the bottom of the driveway at a gate instead of taking to the door”

“Unhappy with how long the service took and delivery took. I placed order for same day delivery at 7am but it was delivered around just before 6pm. Thats almost 12 hours. That’s not fast delivery and they take long to keep you updated. I had no idea what the final bouquet looked like and when it had left for delivery. The delivery seemed to be stuck in one place for a long time in the tracking map also. If you are advertising same day delivery please ensure deliveries are made in timely manner and not random times when the whole day has gone.”

“Order placed last Friday for same day delivery, not delivered because the florist thought the address was remote (it's not) but they would be delivered yesterday (Monday) they weren't). Tried to speak to someone from Interflora today, unable to contact them on the phone. Went to chat on line only AI to respond, no sign of a human being. Finally emailed interfla, waiting for a response. Rubbish service so far”
